We are now offering our Online Associate Programme from September '26. It is a once a week session which includes a Ballet Class, a Pointe/Demi Pointe Class and a Strength and Conditioning Class.
There will be 36 sessions per academic year.
All classes are both live and recorded so you can study from anywhere in the World!
Our Online Ballet Associate offers dedicated dancers aged between 11-16 years, the opportunity to receive high-quality, structured ballet training within a fully immersive online environment across 36 weeks per academic year. The timetable is designed to emulate vocational training whilst in your own homes.
The Ballet Class taught by Martin Howland will be approximately 90 mins. This technical class will develop strong classical foundations, improve musicality, artistry, strengthening and safe technical progression and targeting development.
Our Pointe/Demi Pointe Sessions will be age and ability appropriate focusing on ankle and lower limb strength. alignment and correct pointe preparation and development. (Please Note: A student must be given permission by their own dance school to go on Pointe).
Our Strength & Conditioning Classes are a vital part of modern ballet training. These sessions are dancer specific to support technique, improve performance quality, develop strength and power and reduce risk of injury.
All classes are Live or recorded giving students access to study or revisit learning in their own time. This gives flexibility to busy schedules, other commitments and students in different time zones. Meaning you can train with us from anywhere in the world.
To ensure each dancer's progress is fully supported, the programme includes ongoing assessment via video submissions. Dancer's will receive regular, personalised feedback, allowing teachers to monitor development, address individual needs, and guide technical and artistic growth throughout the year.
This is a fully immersive programme, designed to compliment in-studio training while providing the structure, discipline and expectations of a professional associate pathway. Dancers are encouraged to take ownership of their training, build resilience and develop the habits required for vocational progression.
