Weekend Programmes

Our weekend classes are designed to develop technique, strength, artistry, athleticism and confidence. 

These unique sessions are based around two targeted classes to facilitate technical growth and the mastering of core ballet basics during the first class, that then provide students with the structure and platform to implement those key skills into choreographed exercises during the second class. 

Whilst technique will always be at the forefront of our training, we also recognise the importance of the joy of dance and coordinating key skills together to create more elaborate and challenging dance steps and combinations.

Video tutorials are provided throughout the year to allow students the opportunity to reflect on the session and practice their new skills and abilities in their day to day dance classes. 

It is widely accepted that dancers who focus and improve in classical ballet, therefore progress at an accelerated rate in all other forms of technical dance. Our courses will not only benefit our own specific subject but the many other subjects that are studied at their dance schools. 

Guest teachers and lecturers will visit on occasion to add texture, versatility, education and health & well-being to our courses.
