Junior (7-10 yrs) - Our Monday Junior Sessions are focused and strategised classical ballet training building a thorough and comprehensive physical knowledge of the core basics of classical ballet, from barre work through to allegro.
The fundamentals of ballet provide the backbone to any competent dancer in all disciplines as we will create a min-syllabus. This process will challenge both our students abilities and discipline to create a consistent and transferable base technique, that will enable them to fulfill their maximum potential.
Complex skills such as pirouettes, batterie, adage, centre practice, demi-pointe, petit/mid/grand allegro will be implemented through a foundational & preparation approach to allow our dancers to fully absorb the need for accuracy and consistency.
New to our 2026/27 season is our optional Contemporary Class. This will take place before the mandatory ballet class. This is an opportunity to develop yet another technical style of dance, learning the true essence of Contemporary, using the techniques of Graham and Cunningham to give the students a sound foundation of the genre and another facet of their training. Our fantastic new Contemporary Faculty will be delivering this weekly session for these young dancers.

New to 2026/27 season is our Inter/Senior Contemporary Associate. This new programme has been added due to the request from our own students and families. This 36 session programme, (weekly), is for students aged 11-18 years who already have a strong foundation in classical ballet.
The students will learn from our new amazing Contemporary Faculty and envelope the traditional foundations of Graham and Cunningham and also the new and emerging Contemporary styles such as Fusion and Latin Urban.
Every dancer will benefit from versatility and gaining knowledge of new technical styles of dance which will inevitably enhance their future prospects.
This programme will take place on Monday Evenings, it is a weekly session with 2 and a half hours of dedicated training.
