Inter Mid-Week Associate

Intermediate - (10 -13 Years)Our Friday Weekly Sessions are focused on advanced classical ballet training, building on from the fundamentals of technique and the core basics to developing a greater vocabulary, discipline and delivery of the more complex and challenging steps and exercises. 

Athleticism in particular will take a more dominant role in this programme, as many of the advancements in ballet are not essentially based on just coordination, rather the strength and condition to be able to complete the many tasks that require a dancer to attain the necessary level to master those key skills. 

Pirouettes, turn from the corner, batterie, barre/centre adage, demi-pointe & pointe , petit/mid/grand allegro, artistry and classical repertoire will be implemented at a more advanced level. This, in turn, will enable our dancers to evolve on a daily basis by understanding, that we only truly improve by making mistakes, adapting and eventually succeeding our biggest challenges by trusting the process.
