NEW:  From September '24 Howly Ballet will be starting an 'Associate Programme' for older students aged from 14-18 years old. (Yr 9 - Yr13 school years). COURSE CONTENT: 

Howly Ballet Associates 14-18 Elite Pre-Vocational ballet training for students to implement advanced technique and choreography to become 'Your Perfect'

The programme consists of:

* Technique, Strengthening, Accuracy, Consistency, Power & Control.

* Creative Enchainment, Choreography, Allegro, Pirouettes, Repertoire & Advanced Ballet Steps.

* Strength & Conditioning, Performance & Stress Management, Nutritional Guidance, Emotional & Confidence Growth, Sports Testing & much much more.
